By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. Certain products may be exempt from return eligibility as noted in their product description.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or use the return function in your account dashboard. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenith Crown and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
